RYAA offers opportunities for local businesses to showcase their logo on our players' jerseys, our website, social media pages and on fence sign at Rochester Community Park. RYAA is 100% volunteer driven and all proceeds go towards supporting our programs!
Annual Sponsorship Package - $1,000We are excited to launch our annual sponsorship package! An easy way for businesses to support RYAA throughout the year with one yearly contribution. The annual sponsorship package includes:
One team sponsorship in each of our sports leagues (basketball, spring soccer, baseball/softball, fall soccer and volleyball). Your logo will be featured on a total of 5 teams jerseys throughout the year!
Logo promotion on our website sponsors section and social media pages
- Road-facing field sign (8 x 4 ft)
Registration for 2025 Annual Sponsorships in closed. 2026 Annual sponsorship registration will open in the fall of 2025.
*If needed, a portion of your sponsorship dollars will fund scholarships for participants who need financial assistance

Field Sign SponsorshipsWith this sponsorship, a vinyl sign printed with your business logo or sign design and hung on the fence on field 3.
For $500, your sign will be hung facing the infield.
For $750, your sign will be hung facing Rochester RoadAll signs are hung at the beginning of the spring/summer game season and remain up until the Rochester Fall Festival.

Artwork Requirements: We need your logo or artwork file. If submitting designed artwork, it can be created at half scale (48 in x 24 in at 300 dpi). For best results, please provide a high-quality PDF or JPG file. Artwork can be email to: marketing@ryaasports.org
RYAA uses SignUp Genius to process sponsorship payments. Artwork should be sent to the program coordinator along with any other information about your sponsorship (ie: if there is a particular team you'd like to sponsor, if you'd like a specific color for the team shirts, etc.)
